This weekend my buddies and I went out to Carlton with every intention of camping on a farm. However, we were in the Willamette Valley and the rain quickly changed our mind. Thank goodness for the guest house...best tent ever. It was so nice to get away from the city and hang out on a farm. Did I forget what hearing frogs instead of a freeway sounded like? Maybe.
I feel refreshed after a weekend of duck hunting (which actually turned into walking around farm fields for an hour in waders sans duck), wine tasting, card playing, s'more making, brewery visiting, best breakfast ever eating, cow feeding, snake finding, skeet shooting, and laughing. Thanks fellas, it was a lovely weekend.
