What a weekend! My baby brother graduated high school, I made the trek to Seattle with my loves from college for a baseball game (I was there for the hot dog - and by hot dog, I mean relish and mustard.) Then I hurried back to Portland to practice, adjust, and teach a community class at Core Power before meeting my family for dinner Sunday night. Photos from the last four days to come soon.
