Mala Beads

 

Well folks. I am officially a yoga teacher! It is the end of my teacher training and still only the beginning. I can't begin to express the gratitude and love I feel for my teachers, fellow yogis, and the entire experience. It's been life changing in so many ways. I bought turquoise Tibetan mala beads as a graduation gift to myself. This training has helped me find my voice as a teacher and woman. Turquoise helps you communicate in a direct way. It acts to induce wisdom, understanding, trust, kindness, and the recognition of beauty. They are awesome.
