So I've been practicing yoga for about eight years now, but this week was my first time at a hot yoga class. I was really nervous, especially since I have been out of practice for a couple of months, but it was AMAZING. Who knew that much sweat could drip off my body?! I felt like a new person after the first class I went to and what was really neat was that my stomach felt great. I have some digestive issues and after the class my belly felt so much happier.
