We did it! Serving Up Style 2011 was a success! Our dining room, Mort par Chocolat (death by chocolate) won the award for Best Table Top! Serving Up Style is an annual fundraiser for Molly's Fund which is an organization for fighting Lupus. Different designers from around Portland participate to raise money in a fun and unique way.
Set in the French Quarter of New Orleans our dining room told the story of a seductress that lures men into her dining chamber, and seduces them with chocolate until they are rendered helpless and her dark labyrinthe of desires are unleashed.
We had a blast at the gala!
The Team
I won't be involved with AI's team next year unfortunately, but Jenna and I are already thinking up a plan of our own to rock the show.
