While perusing design sponge I found beautiful watercolor-esq tattoos by Amanda Wachob, a tattoo artist in NYC. Her tattoo work is AMAZING. It looks like it's been painted on the skin. She also has a conceptual series of tattoos called “Bloodlines” using distilled water instead of ink. The lack of pigment means the tattoo isn’t permanent, and as the needle mark heals, the design slowly fades.
